Brussels can be roughly divided into two main shopping areas:

  • Rue Neuve, which is north of the main square of Grand Place. Here are concentrated shops for the middle class with very affordable prices.   • Royales Saint — Hubert Galleries can be called a Mecca for shopaholics. They are located at Galerie de la Reine 5. It is not only the largest shopping center in Brussels, but also a historical architectural complex. Several galleries are located under one glass roof. Here you can find boutiques of famous brands, souvenirs, perfumes, jewelry, household goods. In the gallery you can visit more than 50 different shops, theater, museums, bookstores, pastry shops, cafes and restaurants.
  • The Maasmechelen Village outlet is also worth noting. It is located an hour's drive from Brussels. This shopping destination is very popular with the Belgians.
