Departure destination Chablis. There are approx. 190 km to drive on a highway from Paris to Chablis by our air conditioned Mercedes minibus for max 15 passengers. It takes around 3 hours. One stop at a rest area will be made.

10:30 - 11:40 Arrival in Chablis area. Visit at Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine surrounded by the vineyards with Cave visit and wine tasting of 5 wines with cheese plate: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. The experienced staff will give You all explanations about the process of wine making in Chablis and point out the differences between Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
11:50 - 12:20 We offer the Wine tasting by one of the local Chablis wine producers like Celine & Frederic Gueguen or Baptiste or LaChablisienne with 5 different wines: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
12:20 - 13.30 Free time in Chablis village. You can enjoy the small town or we reserve for You a Gastronomic Lunch.
13:30 - 14:30 Visit at Maison Régnard Chablis founded in 1860 with 5 Wines tasting and explanations about wines by the local sommelier. You will learn the production process in details.
14:30 Departure to Beaune (135 km on the highway). It takes up to 2 hours.
17:40 - 18:50 Visit of Hospices de Beaune - Hôtel-Dieu a former charitable almshouse founded in 1443 as a hospital for the poor. The original hospital building is one of the finest examples of XV century Burgundian architecture and one of the best-preserved renaissance buildings in Europe.

07:30 Hotel Check out and Departure destination to Colmar, Alsace. It takes about 4 hours (264 km). One stop at a rest area will be made.
11:30 - 13:00 Arrival in Colmar "French Venice", built in a typical Alsatian style. Sightseeing tour. Colmar is renowned for its well-preserved old town, its numerous architectural landmarks and museums. The city is located on the Alsatian Wine Route and considers itself to be the capital of the wines of Alsace.
13:00 Departure to Alsace Wine road between Colmar and Castle Haut Koenigsbourg.
13:00 - 16:15 Departure from Colmar along Alsace Wine road with visiting of two villages and Wine tastings to the 12th century medieval castle O'Koeninsburg along the beautiful countryside with multiply vineyards. We will make a stop in one of the picturesque Alsace villages to learn this small place and to have Lunch.
16:30 - 18:00 Haut Koenigsbourg castle visit. Built in the 12th century on a rocky spur, making it an ideal observatory and strategic retreat, the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle has seen a succession of conflicts, rivalries and owners over the centuries. You will enjoy beautiful panoramic views.
18:00 Departure to Metz. It takes about 2,5 to 3 hours drive (190 km). One stop at a rest area will be made.

07:30 Departure to Epernay. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne surrounded by the wine hills it is Home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for wine and champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists. It takes about 2,5 hours (196 km).

10:00 - 12:00 We will offer You several Grand Champagne houses to be visited: Champagne Mercier, Moet et Chandon, Champagne de Castellane. We will offer You different options and different price levels. If You book in advance we can assure Your spot at the best Champagne houses. Tickets are extra charge.
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch break in Epernay. Our guide will make a restaurant recommendation.
13:00 Departure to village Hautvillers. It take less that 10 minutes.
13:10 - 13:45 Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village.
Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.
13:45 Departure to Reims. It takes 30 minutes (28 km).
14:15 - 16:15 Veuve Clicquot or Taittinger visit. Tickets are extra charge. Veuve Clicquot Champagne house visit. Existing since 1772 Veuve Clicquot produces nowadays more that 22 million bottles per year. Guided tour though the cellars made by Veuve Clicquot staff gives You great insight into the history and Champagne production method. Tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne completes this experience.
