Itinerary

DAY 1. Wednesday: Paris — Bruges Walking tour — Boat — Chocolate museum — Bear tasting — Amsterdam

 

07:00 - 07:30 Boarding and Departure to Bruges

MEETING POINT N 1:  07:00am to 07:10am boarding at our Mercedes minibus at the OPERA GARNIER STEPS, it is a main facade of Opera building in front of Metro OPERA

MEETING POINT N 2:  07:20am to 07:30am boarding at our Mercedes minibus at the Arch de Triumph Etoile, first 10 meters of the avenue FRIEDLAND

07:00  Hotel Pick up and departure to Bruges. There are 295 km to drive on highway from Paris to Bruges (Brugge). The ride takes around 4 hours. After a 1,5 to 2 hours a short stop will be made at the rest area.

 

11:30 - 13:30  Walking tour in Bruges

11:30 - 13:30 Walking tour city Center Bruges (1,5 to 2 hours). Bruges is the most visited Belgian city with middle ages buildings, picturesque canals and a rich history. During a walking tour of Bruges, take a look at the 83-meter Belfort bell tower, built in 1240, located on the market square and included in the UNESCO world heritage list.

During the city tour, you will also have the opportunity to visit the Beguinage Monastery, founded in 1245 by Margaret of Constantinople, Countess of Flanders. "Beguines" were single widows who united in communities - these were the first emancipated women in our history.

17:30 Departure from Bruges to Amsterdam. There are approx. 253 km to drive on a highway. It takes 4  hours. One stop will be made at a rest area.

DAY 2. Thursday:  Amsterdam Walking tour — Boat cruise — Zaanse Schans — Red Lights District

10:45 - 11:45 Boat cruise on the Amstel River along the most famous canals of Amsterdam: the Lily Canal, the Lord's Canal and the Beer Canal. You will learn as well the historical sights of the city: the Western and Northern Churches, Haarlem Locks, the Central Railway Station, St. Nicholas Church, the Wailing Tower, the Museum Nemo, City Hall, Flea Market, Skinny Bridge, Manhattan on the Amste etc.

12:00 - 12:45 Guided visit at Royal Coster Diamond Amsterdam, close located to Rijksmuseum. You will learn here the process of diamonds production and buy some memorable souvenirs.

 

12:45 - 16:30  Free time in Amsterdam with multiply options

Free time in Amsterdam. Our guide will advise you which city attractions you could visit on that day. There are plenty of Museums in Amsterdam including Rijksmuseum which we recommend to visit. It is a Dutch national museum dedicated to arts and history in Amsterdam. The museum is located at the Museum Square.

 

16:30 - 18:30  Zaanse Schans

16:30 - 18:30 Zaanse Schans is an open-air museum, where 6 windmills are located. In total, more than 10 thousand windmills were built in Holland ! There are also 35 wooden houses of the XVII-XVIII centuries, telling about the lifestyle of the Dutch. Here you can also see a spice mill, an oil mill, a bakery museum, a workshop of wooden clomping shoes, a cheese factory and much more.

19:00 Return to Amsterdam.

DAY 3. Friday:  Amsterdam — Den Haag — Delft — Brussels

08:00 Departure to Den Haag. It take about one hour (~60 km).

Den Hague is the seat of the Cabinet, the States General, the Supreme Court, and the Council of State of the Netherlands, King Willem-Alexander officially lives in the Huis ten Bosch and works at the Noordeinde Palace together with Queen Máxima. Den Hague's coastal area includes the popular seaside resort Scheveningen.  

The Hague is known as the global hub of international law and arbitration. The International Court of Justice, the main judicial arm of the United Nations, is based in the city.

It's located next to the famous Atomium landmark. The Park contains 350 monuments which have been reproduced at scale 1/25. Thousands of lifelike figurines and animations! Set off the eruption of the Vesuvius and admire the takeoff of the Ariane rocket.
