English Guided Historic Cellars tour made by Bollinger staff gives you great insight into the history and Champagne production. You will see 4,000 oak barrels and its cooperage. Your visit will be followed by a commented tasting of Champagnes.

Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills it is home of many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.

14:10 - 14:40 Hautvillers Abbey's Church and Viewpoint
14:10 - 14:40 Visit the Abbey's Church of Saint-Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.
